Administrative Assistant, Quality Assurance – Remote

About This Opportunity

FOCUS Assessments seeks a highly organized, quick learner with excellent computer skills to join as an Administrative Assistant in our Quality Assurance department. This full-time, remote role reports to the Quality Assurance Manager.

The QA team collaborates with Independent Regulated Health Professionals to ensure timely receipt and processing of reports for referral purposes. The Administrative Assistant will support Analysts and be responsible for creating Document Lists for IME reports within prescribed timelines.

Daily Responsibilities
  1. Receive Draft Reports and assign QA Analysts/Report Reviewers as needed.
  2. Organize worklists to distribute workload effectively among team members.
  3. Issue Reports to Referral Sources and update the Referral Management System (Smart Simple), maintaining privacy and security.
  4. Follow up on Assessment Reports from Assessors to ensure timely submission.
  5. Provide copies of Final Reports to Assessors after dispatch.
Qualifications for Success
  • Experience or knowledge of medical offices or independent medical assessments is a plus but not mandatory.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and strict deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel).
