Job summary

The Government of the Northwest Territories is seeking a skilled Job Analyst to join its Strategic Human Resources team for a 2 year term. You will work with leaders from across government to understand evolving business needs, analyze organizational structures, and evaluate positions using the Hay Job Evaluation methodology.

Your expertise will help ensure jobs are classified consistently, compensation practices remain equitable, and organizational changes support the delivery of quality public

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Public Administration or related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience in job evaluation, classification, or compensation analysis.
• Experience in organizational design, change management, or policy analysis.

• Lead evaluation discussions and build understanding of job evaluation through training and stakeholder engagement.

Key Qualifications:

• A relevant Bachelor's Degree and 2 years in a relevant field

Relevant field of education may include:

• Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Development

Relevant experience may include:

• Job evaluation, classification, or compensation analysis.
• Human resources advisory services or workforce planning.
• Organizational design, organizational development, or change management.
• Policy analysis, program analysis, or research involving complex evaluation and decision-making
