Job summary

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment is seeking a Real Sports Apparel cresting team member to customize licensed jerseys for our retail footprint. You will record, process, and fulfill crest orders with precision, ensuring stock accuracy and high-quality finishes.

Under supervision, you’ll manage lettering inventory, oversee kiosk stock at Scotiabank Arena, and maintain inventory accuracy through regular counts.

• Excellent English communication required.

• Ability to manage multiple jersey crests and inventory.
• Comfort with fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Customize licensed Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, Toronto FC, Toronto Argonauts and Toronto Marlies jerseys.
• Crest jerseys for stock at Real Sports Apparel and kiosks inside Scotiabank Arena.
• Manage lettering inventory; conduct weekly inventory counts.
• Monitor service speed and product quality; resolve customer issues.
• Process, record and manage crest jersey orders.
• Open/close duties, cleaning, merchandising, and store upkeep.
• Adhere to Health & Safety and MLSE service standards.

Under the direction of the management team, you will create, record, and process customization orders, ensuring that each is produced with championship-level quality.RESPONSIBILITIESCustomize licensed Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, Toronto FC, Toronto Argonauts and Toronto Marlies jerseys.Crest jerseys for the stock of Real Sports Apparel and the 10 kiosks inside Scotiabank Arena.Manage and maintain lettering inventory, ensuring appropriate stock is always on hand, including weekly inventory counts.Monitor and manage speed of service and product quality.Participate in year-end inventory stock counting / monthly inventory accuracy checks.Ensure incoming inventory is properly and accurately received and managed appropriately.Ensure inventory is accurately directed to BMO Field and offsite ecommerce warehouse.Organize, maintain, and ensure proper upkeep of inventory storage areas.Process, record, and manage all crested jersey orders.Work quickly to resolve customer issues when necessary, ensuring proper follow-up with Manager.Participate in all fields of sales floor duties including but not limited to opening/closing duties, cleaning, and merchandising.Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.Adhere to all MLSE service standards and policies including Health & Safety.QUALIFICATIONSMust be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays; varying hours based on event scheduleAbility to work in a fast-paced work environmentAbility to recognize and react to changing work demandsAbility to stay focused and create winning resultsAbility to work independently and with a teamDedication to providing high levels of Customer Service to ensure an excellent customer experienceExcellent English communication - verbal and writtenExcellent time management/project skillsJob Posting Compensation Range/Rate:$17.60. hourWe’re glad you’re here.
