Job summary

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE) is hiring a Food & Beverage team member to deliver championship customer service at MLSE venues in Toronto. You will assist fans during events, uphold safe food handling, and help with opening and closing duties.

The role requires Smart Serve certification, availability for evenings, weekends and holidays, and legal eligibility to work in Canada. Prior food service experience and safety training are assets.

• Able to pay close attention to detail.
• Work well under pressure; balance multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of championship customer service to fans during events at MLSE locations.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required.
• Ensure work area and equipment are clean and organized at all times.
• Perform other administrative or service functions as required.
• Ensure areas are cleaned and stocked for fans to enjoy.
• Adhere to MLSE service standards and Health & Safety policies.
• Work independently to ensure safe food handling principles in a fan-facing role.
