Job summary

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE) is seeking a Retail Associate for Real Sports Apparel in Toronto. You will elevate the fan experience through personalized service, quick transactions, and engaging interactions with guests.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, keeping displays tidy, stocking shelves, and supporting store operations. Evening and weekend availability is required, with a positive, proactive attitude and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in retail environment and/or handling cash an asset.
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
  • Familiarity with the City of Toronto and tourist attractions an asset.
  • Self-starter who takes accountability and demonstrates discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Hit sales budgets and achieve UP T and sales per hour goals.
  • Greet fans promptly and assist with store purchases.
  • Provide friendly and informed responses to inquiries.
  • Keep merchandise neat and attractively displayed; stock shelves.
  • Ensure clean store environment and handle opening/closing duties.
  • Operate POS and handle cash accurately; provide correct change.
  • Attend coaching sessions and daily briefings with Manager.
  • Perform other administrative or service functions as required.
