Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE) is seeking a dynamic hospitality professional for Real Sports Bar Grill in Toronto. You will lead front-of-house operations, uphold service standards, and coordinate with diverse teams to deliver exceptional experiences for guests.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in hospitality or events, with strong communication, problem-solving, and a collaborative mindset. This role offers a competitive compensation package, vacation, and benefits in a vibrant sports

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in hospitality, events or experiential marketing.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, problem-solving and analytical approach.
  • Mention of MS Office proficiency is expected.

Responsibilities

  • Support a service team in front-of-house operations.
  • Provide leadership and direction: quality, service, safety and profitability.
  • Coach, train and empower Supervisors and front-of-house staff.
  • Conduct inventory checks and maintain stock accuracy.
  • Expedite food orders to dining room and resolve discrepancies.
  • Supervise floor during service and address customer concerns.
  • Ensure closing duties are completed and documented.
  • Contribute to business plans and strategic execution.
  • Ensure health & safety and AGCO regulations compliance.
  • Handle hiring, scheduling, payroll, performance reviews and coaching.
  • Uphold MLSE service standards and Collective Bargaining Agreement.
  • Lead by example and foster a collaborative team culture.
