Job summary

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership (MLSE) is seeking a Real Sports Apparel creстing team member to crest licensed jerseys for the store’s needs and to process customization orders with high-quality standards. You’ll work under the management team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in orders and inventory handling.

The role requires adaptability to a fast-paced retail environment and excellent customer service, with evening/weekend shifts and a focus on teamwork and quality.

Responsibilities

• Customize licensed Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, Toronto FC, Toronto Argonauts and Toronto Marlies jerseys.
• Crest jerseys for stock of Real Sports Apparel and the 10 kiosks inside Scotiabank Arena.
• Manage lettering inventory and weekly counts.
• Monitor speed of service and product quality.
• Participate in year-end inventory stock counting and monthly checks.
• Ensure incoming inventory is received and directed to BMO Field and offsite warehouse.
• Organize and maintain inventory storage areas.
• Process crest jersey orders and ensure proper documentation.
• Resolve customer issues promptly with manager follow-up.
• Assist in sales floor duties including opening/closing, cleaning and merchandising.

Job Description

As a member of the Real Sports Apparel cresting team, you will be responsible for the duties surrounding cresting custom and stock jerseys for all the store's needs. Under the direction of the management team, you will create, record, and process customization orders, ensuring that each is produced with championship-level quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customize licensed Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, Toronto FC, Toronto Argonauts and Toronto Marlies jerseys.
• Crest jerseys for the stock of Real Sports Apparel and the 10 kiosks inside Scotiabank Arena.
• Manage and maintain lettering inventory, ensuring appropriate stock is always on hand, including weekly inventory counts.
• Monitor and manage speed of service and product quality.
• Participate in year-end inventory stock counting / monthly inventory accuracy checks.
• Ensure incoming inventory is properly and accurately received and managed appropriately.
• Ensure inventory is accurately directed to BMO Field and offsite ecommerce warehouse.
• Organize, maintain, and ensure proper upkeep of inventory storage areas.
• Process, record, and manage all crested jersey orders.
• Work quickly to resolve customer issues when necessary, ensuring proper follow-up with Manager.
• Participate in all fields of sales floor duties including but not limited to opening/closing duties, cleaning, and merchandising.
• Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
• Adhere to all MLSE service standards and policies including Health & Safety.

Job Posting Compensation Range/Rate: $17.60. hour
