Job summary

Kandor Management Corporation is seeking a Site Manager to lead the Everclean Facility Services site. The role reports to the Operations Manager and supervises site supervisors, lead hands, and service teams to deliver high-quality janitorial services.

The position emphasizes health and safety compliance, client relationship management, and strong operational planning. The role requires coordinating with Property Management and stakeholders to meet service expectations and timelines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing janitorial or custodial teams in a commercial or industrial setting.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to develop a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and monitor site performance.
• Ensure service standards meet scope of work and QA protocols; conduct regular walkthroughs.
• Maintain staffing levels and train team members on SOPs.
• Complete daily cleaning and washroom logs; manage supplies and equipment maintenance.
• Attend site meetings with clients and stakeholders; report on performance and improvements.
