Job summary

Civeo Premium Services Employees LP is seeking a dedicated Janitor/Utility Worker to join our team at the Tourmaline Monias Camp near Chetwynd, BC. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff while supporting daily operations at a remote workforce accommodation facility.

This role offers a 20 days on / 10 days off rotation, with meals and on-site accommodations provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a janitorial position preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Current, valid First Aid certification is an asset.
• Must be able to move, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must successfully pass a pre-access Drug and Alcohol test as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Snow removal and maintenance of assigned areas.
• Removes debris and maintains cleanliness of the site and surrounding area.
• Maintains cleanliness of public areas and all work areas of the laundry plant.
• Clean and restock washrooms daily.
• Clean breakroom daily, remove trash and clean all areas from counter level down, sweep & scrub floors daily.
• Empty garbage containers on plant floor, clean garbage containers.
• Remove collected garbage from plant, put in correct roll-off bins outside (garbage or cardboard).
• Clean washer trough daily, replace with clean for next usage.
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to management.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures by following company safe work practices and standard operating procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must successfully pass a pre-access Drug and Alcohol test as a condition of employment.
