Job summary

SICE, INC. is seeking a Project Planner/Scheduler – ITS and SCADA Systems for a full-time on-site role in the Greater Windsor area.

You will develop and maintain schedules for ITS/SCADA projects and work with project managers and engineering teams to keep initiatives on time and within scope. Responsibilities include tracking milestones, identifying schedule risks, and producing reports while ensuring alignment with field execution and resource planning.

Qualifications

• Strong planning capabilities for complex projects.
• Solid analytical skills to assess risks and data.
• Experience in project control and baselines.
• Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with MS Project or Primavera scheduling tools.
• Knowledge of ITS and SCADA is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update detailed schedules for ITS/SCADA projects.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineering teams.
• Track progress against milestones and identify risks.
• Propose mitigation actions and prepare schedule reports.
• Ensure alignment between planning documents and field execution.
• Communicate timelines, resources and dependencies to stakeholders.
