Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related discipline.
• 4–9 years of project scheduling experience in engineering, energy, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Experience developing and analyzing project schedules across multiple phases.
• Strong scheduling methodologies, project controls, and lifecycle knowledge.
• Proficiency with general scheduling, project management, reporting, and collaboration software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules that align with scope, milestones, and contracts.
• Establish baselines and update schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate schedule inputs from multidisciplinary teams and assist in WBS development.
• Monitor progress, identify variances, and perform forecast and critical path analyses.
• Prepare schedule updates, dashboards, and performance metrics for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, construction teams, and clients on scheduling updates.
