Job summary

You will coordinate infrastructure readiness across network, security, and workplace platforms, and drive governance, reporting and service transition activities. 4+ years of IT project management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with cross-functional projects with vendors.
• Hands-on AV deployments or workplace technology rollout.
• Strong planning, dependency management and risk mitigation.
• Ability to coordinate across network, security, and workplace systems.
• Familiar with regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and workplace/AV deployment projects.
• Manage workplace technology rollouts in partnership with construction and facilities.
• Oversee vendor management including AV integrators.
• Coordinate infrastructure readiness across network, security, and workplace platforms.
• Develop project plans, timelines, risk logs, and dependency tracking.
• Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution.
• Lead governance, reporting, and compliance tracking.
• Plan and execute service transition activities, including change management, training, and handoff.
