Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Principal, M&A IT Integration & Technology Transformation to lead strategy, due diligence, and execution for ERP, Finance and HR tech integrations in complex transactions. You will work with executive stakeholders to identify value creation, manage integration risks, and drive post-close synergy realization.

The role requires deep M&A transaction experience, enterprise technology integration expertise, and strong financial analysis capabilities within large organizations.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience in technology program management or enterprise transformation.
• Experience leading IT due diligence for acquisitions or carve-out transactions.
• Strong experience with ERP platforms, Finance and HR technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT due diligence activities for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and strategic investments.
• Develop integration and separation roadmaps for complex transactions.
• Define ERP and Finance tech integration workstreams across pre-close to full integration.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Corporate Development and HR to set synergy targets.
• Prepare executive-level status updates with risks, dependencies, and mitigations.
• Establish governance structures and integration management processes.
