Job summary

AVI-SPL, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead AV systems integration projects, directing overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion while ensuring time, scope, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

You will review SOWs, allocate internal and third-party resources, run weekly status reviews, manage change orders, and communicate with customers, executives, and suppliers. Travel to client sites is required; PMP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in AV/technology integration.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and customer communications.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate internal/external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Office; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review SOWs and contracts to determine resource needs and plan delivery.
• Coordinate activities for on-budget, on-time completion following PM procedures.
• Lead project kickoff meetings with sales, engineering, customer resources, and vendors.
• Maintain effective customer communication including change orders and site visits.
• Provide regular updates to Sr. Project Manager and Program Director.
• Monitor project status, identify issues, and escalate as needed.
• Prepare project reports and keep accurate records of status and changes.
