Job summary

McKesson Technology seeks a Senior Manager, Program Management to lead a portfolio of strategic Digital Workplace Services initiatives. You will drive delivery of complex programs enabling employee productivity, collaboration, and service modernization across the enterprise.

The role requires strong program management expertise, executive communication, and a proven ability to influence stakeholders, manage priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program and project management experience leading complex technology initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple enterprise programs simultaneously.
• Strong executive communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent programs and projects from initiation through execution and delivery.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, project plans, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and resource needs across the program portfolio.
• Provide regular program updates, executive communications, dashboards, and presentations to leadership.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and accountability to ensure delivery against commitments.
• Support strategic planning, prioritization, budget management, and OKR execution.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, partnership, and operational excellence.
