The Registries Modernization team is adopting an agile approach to implement modern, innovative, human-centric, and sustainable solutions for registry services to Albertans. This includes replacing legacy applications for the Land Titles registry, which is based on the Torrens System under the Land Titles Act. The team aims to redesign, modernize, and improve client service by moving away from paper-based systems, focusing on user experience and operational efficiency. Small agile teams will deliver the new Land Titles digital services in the cloud.
