Job summary

Flair Airlines is seeking a Junior Technical Analyst (Co‑op) to support day-to-day IT operations in a fast-paced environment. The on-site role is based in Edmonton, AB, or Toronto, ON, and reports to the IT Manager.

You will gain practical experience in technical support, systems administration, networking, and IT service management. Responsibilities include first-level support for hardware and software, onboarding/offboarding assistance, AD/Azure AD management, and documentation for the IT

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a diploma or degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Must be eligible to participate in a recognized co-op or internship program.
• Solid working knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer hardware.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
• Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS).
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure AD.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and business applications.
• Respond to and troubleshoot IT support requests via the ticketing system.
• Configure and maintain desktops, laptops, and end-user equipment.
• Support onboarding/offboarding by provisioning accounts and equipment.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365 applications, and network connectivity.
• Assist with user account administration and access management using AD/Azure AD.
• Install software, patches, and perform routine maintenance.
• Document incidents and resolutions for knowledge base.
• Track IT assets and lifecycle management.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.
• Participate in IT projects and deployments.
