Job summary

TekWissen Group is seeking a Tech Support Analyst II to provide hands-on IT support onsite in Toronto. You will work with Desktop and Infrastructure teams to deploy devices, manage assets, and handle onboarding/offboarding activities across corporate, pharmacy, and clinic environments.

The role involves supporting enterprise tech such as Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, endpoint management, networking, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure, offering strong growth in systems administration and IT

Qualifications

• Experience providing end-user technical support in corporate, healthcare, retail, or managed services.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows 11 desktops and laptops.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams and PowerBI.
• Experience with AD user administration and MFA support.
• Workload includes onboarding/offboarding, asset deployment, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer-focused technical support to employees across corporate, pharmacy, and clinic environments.
• Assist with device deployments, onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and inventory tracking.
• Support office moves, workstation deployments, equipment installations, and day-to-day IT operations.
• Grow career in systems administration and IT operations by working with enterprise technologies.
