Our client is looking for an IT Support Analyst to keep end-user devices and technology running smoothly. You'll set up and configure devices, install and support software, and resolve hardware and software issues, both on-site and remotely. The role suits someone with strong technical skills, close attention to detail, and the ability to explain technical issues in plain language. You'll support a mix of laptops, mobile devices, printers, networks, and cloud services, and may offer technical input on IT projects as needed. This is a 6-month contract with a possible extension.
