# IT Support AnalystApply**Job#: 3055122****Job Description:****IT Support Analyst: Endpoint & End-User Support**Toronto, ON6-Month Contract (Possible Extension)**Overview** Our client is looking for an IT Support Analyst to keep end-user devices and technology running smoothly. You'll set up and configure devices, install and support software, and resolve hardware and software issues, both on-site and remotely. The role suits someone with strong technical skills, close attention to detail, and the ability to explain technical issues in plain language.You'll support a mix of laptops, mobile devices, printers, networks, and cloud services, and may offer technical input on IT projects as needed. This is a 6-month contract with a possible extension.**Responsibilities*** Set up, configure, and maintain endpoint devices, including workstations, printers, audio/video equipment, and peripherals* Install, configure, and support software applications, including productivity, communication, and business tools* Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, iOS, and Android devices* Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network issues, finding root causes and recommending fixes* Replace faulty equipment and work with internal IT specialists and external vendors when needed* Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests promptly, keeping users updated on progress* Follow IT security best practices, including antivirus, firewalls, and security policies* Troubleshoot network issues involving switches, routers, and firewalls* Help maintain IT infrastructure, including printers, networks, and cloud services, for performance and security* Contribute to improving IT processes and configurations in line with ITIL-based standards* Advise stakeholders, including executives and the Service Desk team, on potential technical issues**Qualifications*** 5+ years of experience in a similar IT support role, including supporting executive users* Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset when working with senior stakeholders* 2-year technical diploma in Computer Science or a related field (a bachelor's degree is an asset)* Experience with Microsoft Azure, Intune, Autopilot, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and Exchange Online* Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM tool* Working knowledge of on-premises services such as Active Directory and file servers* Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Zoom* Familiarity with networking tools and vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, and Meraki* Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, iOS, and Android* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment**Work Conditions*** On-site in Toronto, 5 days a week* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
