Desjardins Information Technology is seeking an IT support advisor to provide end-user support, install and configure IT applications, and manage incidents and service requests. You will work with stakeholders to optimize standards and policies, and participate in development initiatives.

Required is a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, a minimum of four years with relevant experience, and proficiency in French.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• At least four years of relevant IT support experience.
• Other combinations of qualifications and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and analyze issues, challenges, needs and corrective action to determine target outcomes.
• Follow up to solve complex or unusual problems and develop objectives, solutions and action plans.
• Analyze data, conduct studies, make recommendations and write reports.
