Role Overview

CBM360TIV is seeking a technically strong IT Services Engineer to support mission-critical IT infrastructure within high-demand oil & gas operations. The role focuses on ensuring system reliability, cybersecurity compliance, and uninterrupted operational technology (OT) and IT integration.

Reporting To

IT Manager / Operations Manager – Canada

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support IT infrastructure across field and office environments
• Manage network systems, servers, cloud services, and cybersecurity controls
• Provide technical support for industrial software, data systems, and remote site connectivity
• Ensure IT compliance with industry security and data protection standards
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for system optimization

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft, ITIL) preferred

Experience

• 3–5 years’ IT support experience, preferably in oil & gas or heavy industrial environments
• Experience supporting remote industrial or field-based operations is an advantage
