Responsibilities

• Follow provided processes for both RFS and GR projects to speed delivery and ensure consistency and efficiency, but welcome to suggest improvements for the team's review.
• Coordinate the implementation of IT infrastructure across multiple teams and ministries.
• Lead consultations and facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and align on deliverables.
• Prepare project status reports and maintain project documentation in SharePoint or similar repositories.
• Ensure change management processes are followed and risks/issues are tracked with recommended mitigations.
