Job summary

This role involves overseeing technical support, managing server infrastructure, and leading the Network Operations Centre for digital signage. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of troubleshooting/technical support experience.
• 2+ years of managerial experience required.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with desktops, laptops, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Network Operations Centre for digital signage.
• Provide desktop support and manage server infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies and best practices.
