Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Cisco Networking technologies including switching, routing, VoIP, and wireless.
• One or more years' experience in a large organization.
• Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for network infrastructure and telecom services.
• Escalate from service desk and coordinate with stakeholders for problem resolution.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve tickets using documented procedures and guidelines.
• Assist with projects and program initiatives and implement interim workarounds when needed.
