Job summary

Whitehorse General Hospital is seeking a Network Analyst in Information Systems for a Regular Full-Time, on-site role. This position, at the L08 level, contributes to planning, maintenance, and optimization of core IT infrastructure and telephone systems.

The successful candidate will apply virtualization, Windows, TCP/IP expertise and strong project management in a healthcare setting, collaborating across teams to support clinical and business operations.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma/degree in Information Systems or related field (min two years).
• Experience implementing and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, preferably in healthcare.
• Fortinet Certified Professional (minimum).
• Familiarity with Cisco telephony systems is a plus.
• MCSE designation is desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced planning, maintenance and hardware support for network, storage and server platforms.
• Support telephone systems and cabling; manage enterprise networks.
• Offer end-user support for desktops and software; document and report clearly.
• Lead complex IT initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders.
