Job summary

Formations Inc. is seeking a Manager, Information Technology & Business Systems to own the technology strategy, ERP, and MSP relationship.

You’ll partner with operations, manufacturing, finance, and corporate services to build a data-driven roadmap and maximize value from core systems. As the senior IT leader, you’ll drive budgeting, governance, and security while overseeing BI reporting, SharePoint, and system upgrades.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in IT with leadership experience in small/mid-sized companies.
• Hands-on ERP ownership across enterprise systems and BI tooling.
• Strong SharePoint administration and data governance knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage vendors and external MSPs.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year technology roadmap aligned to growth and cost/benefit targets.
• Lead ERP and connected systems, including budgeting and ROI analysis.
• Manage MSP relationships and vendor governance with SLAs.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to drive data-based decisions.
• Oversee security posture, DR planning, and IT policies.
• Lead end-to-end technology projects and staff training.
