Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Microsoft ERP platform strategy and global delivery. This onsite role in Mississauga will partner with executives, IT leaders, and business functions to ensure scalable ERP solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.

You will oversee governance, upgrades, and integrations, driving standardization and value from ERP investments in a multi-site, global environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Microsoft ERP platforms, ideally Dynamics 365 FO/BC.
• Strong knowledge of ERP governance, process standardization, data quality, security, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience managing ERP roadmaps, application support, upgrades, integrations, and release cycles.
• Experience working with senior business stakeholders, IT leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the global Microsoft ERP roadmap for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Business Central.
• Lead ERP application support, enhancement prioritization, governance, release planning, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions.
• Manage ERP resources, including vendors, implementation partners, and support teams.
• Oversee configuration, integrations, testing, deployment, documentation, and post-go-live support.
• Support global ERP rollouts, upgrades, standardization, and transformation initiatives.
• Ensure ERP platforms align with enterprise architecture, security, data governance, integration, and process standards.
• Establish and manage ERP support models, service levels, escalation processes, and vendor accountability.
• Provide executive updates on roadmap progress, risks, timelines, and resource needs.
