Job summary

Acumatica is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, IT Business Systems to own the Acumatica ERP for internal use, lead implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance, and ensure seamless integration with business operations. The ERP Manager will provide delivery support to internal stakeholders and drive continuous system improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years in ERP
Proven experience implementing and supporting ERP systems
Strong configuration, customization, and system integration skills
Excellent communication and project management abilities
Ability to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and ongoing support of cloud-based ERP systems.
Configure and customize ERP to meet business requirements.
Develop system workflows, reports, and dashboards to support operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvements and manage risk.
Provide training and documentation to users and maintain SLAs.
