Must haves:
- Familiarity in multiple programming and coding languages (.NET, ASP.NET, C#, Javascript, CSS, HTML, etc), application program interface (API) management, network/security systems, and knowledge of various complex IT ecosystems
- Experience with AI, ML Machine learning, LLM Large Language Model, RAG Retrieval-Augmented Generation
- Experience in Stakeholder Engagement, including presentations and briefing notes, and conducting/facilitating meetings
- Creating Presentations OR workshops for different stakeholders and presenting to Seniors/COOs/CIOs
Description
Responsibilities
- Provide analysis, development, and evaluation of new government-wide modernization strategies, plans, and TSA direction to recommend technology policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Identify and facilitate the creation of enterprise-wide solution development standards, policies, and guidelines to support standardized practices, unify technologies, share frameworks, methodologies, and patterns.
- Recommend and create frameworks for solution development standards and enforcement based on industry best practices and previous experience.
- Identify enterprise platforms, products, and technology stacks using common patterns and services that leverage a modular/composable architecture approach for standardization.
- Develop, recommend, implement, and manage IT Enterprise Architecture (EA) strategy and deliverables for the organization.
- Define standards and policies across all TSA layers to mandate the adoption of standardized practices and shared technology platforms for channels, integrations, infrastructure, and security.
- Establish governance processes to ensure compliance with standards and develop KPIs and metrics to measure compliance rate and effectiveness.
Experience and Skill Set Requirements
Technical skills - 50%
- Experience in development and implementation of Enterprise Architecture and standardization practices for enterprise.
- Knowledge and experience in Application architecture, Technology Architecture, Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Experience with modular architecture including microservices, API, standardized application patterns
- Strategic thinking and development, aligning objectives with technology and resources
- Ability to define business capabilities and processes
- Experience providing direction on operationalizing business strategy including systems, processes, and data
- Understanding of data interdependencies and transformation thinking
- Experience identifying technology risks and mitigations
- Experience developing IT strategy aligned with business vision
- Ability to streamline application landscape for performance, redundancy reduction, and cost savings
- Knowledge of Cloud architecture and related technologies (storage, web services, API, DevOps, security, networking, Middleware, VMware, CI/CD pipelines, etc.)
