Role: IT Enterprise Architect/Strategist - Senior

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 Months Contract with a possible 3-month extension

Technical Skills - 50%

1. Experience in developing and implementing Enterprise Architecture and standardization practices.
2. Knowledge of Application architecture, Technology Architecture, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
3. Experience with modular architecture including microservices, APIs, and standardized application patterns.
4. Strategic thinking aligned with organizational objectives.
5. Ability to define business capabilities and processes.
6. Experience in operationalizing business strategies through systems, processes, and data.
7. Understanding of data interdependencies and transformation thinking.
8. Experience in identifying technology risks and mitigation strategies.
9. Development of IT strategies aligned with business vision.
10. Skills to optimize application landscape for performance, redundancy reduction, and cost savings.
11. Knowledge of Cloud architecture and technologies such as storage, web services, API, DevOps, security, networking, Middleware, VMware, CI/CD pipelines.
12. Familiarity with programming languages (.NET, ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, CSS, HTML), API management, and complex IT ecosystems.
13. Experience with AI, ML, LLMs, and RAG techniques.

Communication, Consultation, Collaboration, and Facilitation Skills - 50%

1. Proven ability to communicate effectively to discuss issues and seek consensus.
2. Strong facilitation skills for design discussions, negotiations, and presenting recommendations.
