Qualifications

Hands-on IT support in an enterprise environment.
Experience with Windows/macOS and mobile device management.
Experience deploying Windows devices using Intune and Autopilot.
Administer Active Directory and Entra ID.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, Defender, and hybrid cloud environments.

Responsibilities

Manage desktops, laptops, and mobile devices across Windows, macOS, and hybrid cloud environments.
Deploy Windows 10/11 devices using Intune and Autopilot.
Provide Tier 2 support addressing hardware, software, network issues.
Administer AD/Microsoft Entra ID accounts, permissions, and access.
Support Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, M365, Azure, Defender.
Handle device imaging, provisioning, and asset lifecycles.
Automate tasks with PowerShell scripting.
Support iOS/Android devices via MDM.
Collaborate with infra teams and vendors to resolve escalations.
Maintain tech docs and improve support processes.
Install and support DRA on Kent Retail print servers in NB.
Troubleshoot Dynamics 365 POS issues.
