Job summary

Precision Drilling Corporation is seeking an Endpoint Analyst - Mobility to own the lifecycle of corporate mobile devices and services. You will deploy, configure, and support devices across iOS and Android, working with Intune and Apple Business Manager to ensure security and compliance.

You will collaborate with IT teams and vendors to optimize contracts, costs, and user experience while providing Tier 2/3 support and driving continuous improvement of endpoint services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2–4 years in enterprise mobility and endpoint support.
• Hands-on with iOS and Android devices, procurement, and device rollouts.
• Expertise with Intune and Apple Business Manager for enrollment, security, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with Windows, Autopilot, Tanium, Defender, and PowerShell is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of corporate mobile devices and services, including procurement, deployment, upgrades, inventory, carrier management, and user support.
• Administer enterprise mobility platforms and applications, including Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager, ensuring device security, compliance, and application management.
• Coordinate mobile contracts, renewals, device refresh programs, and service improvements while optimizing costs and user experience.
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for mobile and endpoint technologies, leveraging tools such as Intune, Autopilot, and Tanium to manage devices and security.
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable mobility solutions, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement of endpoint services.

Day In The Life

What We Need From You

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience, with 2-4 years of enterprise mobility and endpoint support experience
• Hands-on experience managing iOS and Android devices, mobile carriers, device procurement, service plans, billing, application licensing, and device rollouts
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager, including device enrollment, configuration, security, compliance, and lifecycle management
• Experience supporting endpoint technologies such as Windows, Autopilot, Tanium, Microsoft Defender, and PowerShell is an asset
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams, optimize services and costs, and maintain accurate documentation and support processes
