Job summary

Hammond Power Solutions in Guelph, Ontario, is seeking a Specialist, Endpoint & Mobility to manage corporate iOS/Android devices via Microsoft Intune, ensure secure access to Teams and collaboration tools, and maintain asset inventories across locations.

You will configure policies, support Teams Rooms and AV, oversee print and lifecycle tracking, and partner with facilities and business teams to deliver a consistent end-user experience.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 2–5 years of related work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager (MDM/MAM).
• Experience managing iOS/Android enterprise devices.
• Knowledge of mobile security policies and Conditional Access.
• Experience configuring Microsoft Teams Phone.
• Experience with SIP-based paging devices (e.g., Algo).
• Experience with Teams Rooms and AV technologies.
• Asset management systems and lifecycle tracking.
• Vendor coordination and service management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of corporate mobile devices (iOS/Android) via Microsoft Intune, provisioning, enrollment, profiles and app deployment.
• Define and enforce security policies (compliance, conditional access, encryption, remote wipe).
• Monitor device health, ensure lifecycle management, onboarding, refresh, decommissioning.
• Administer and support Teams Phone services, including number management and call routing policies.
• Maintain Teams-certified endpoints and paging/intercom systems.
• Deploy and support Teams Rooms systems and AV infrastructure.
• Ensure meeting rooms are reliable and easy to use with proactive monitoring and maintenance.
• Collaborate with facilities and stakeholders on room design standards and new deployments.
• Maintain asset tracking across locations and enforce procurement, tagging, movement, and retirement.
• Oversee managed print environment, vendor coordination, service performance and cost control.
• Provide Tier 2/3 escalation support for endpoint, mobility and AV incidents; drive permanent fixes.
• Develop and maintain documentation, support standards and knowledge base articles.
