Job summary

The Saskatchewan First Nations Family and Community Institute Inc. (SFNFCI) is seeking an IT Coordinator to manage the network, A/V and business systems, delivering reliable IT support for staff, learners and guests.

You will oversee deployments, upgrades and projects, partnering with vendors to implement practical IT solutions and drive digital transformation. Ideal candidates hold a four-year degree in CS/CE/IS or related field with 3–5 years of experience in Windows 10, M365 (Teams, OneDrive,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
3–5 years of IT experience with Windows 10 and M365 stack.
Experience with AV equipment and cloud computing is a plus.
Experience in IT asset management and planning preferred.
Multicultural awareness with First Nations and Metis perspectives.

Responsibilities

Provide IT support to staff, learners, and guests; resolve hardware and software issues.
Lead IT deployments, projects, upgrades and implementations with external vendors.
Maintain SFNFCI’s network, A/V, and business systems for smooth operations.
Collaborate with the business to translate IT needs into practical solutions.
