Formación

• 3-5 years of IT Support, Technical Services, Systems Administration, or related role.
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments and business applications.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary IT contact for employees, providing frontline technical support.
• Coordinate with MSPs and external IT partners for service delivery.
• Assist with onboarding, access management, and licensing records.
• Maintain IT procedures, documentation, and knowledge resources.
• Support system upgrades, budgeting, and technology roadmap.
