As a trusted advisor, you’ll support, utilize, and maintain MNP’s technology to ensure smooth IT operations, enabling team members to work efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Provide deskside support to team members locally and remotely across Canada
  • Support deployment, configuration, and use of core applications, including tax and accounting software
  • Provide technical support for desktop, laptop, printers, scanners, and mobile devices
  • Implement and maintain equipment standards, policies, and support processes
  • Install software and deploy hardware as required
  • Perform data recovery operations
  • Utilize ServiceNow ticketing and Knowledge Base systems
  • Work independently and as part of a larger Technology team
  • Deliver one-on-one and group training, both in person and remotely
  • Flexibility to work overtime and outside standard hours, including on-call shifts
  • Maintain flexibility to travel regionally
Skills and Experience
  • Technologically savvy with a quick ability to learn applications and systems
  • Relevant IT experience is an asset
  • Customer service experience
  • Understanding of Active Directory, networking, print device troubleshooting, imaging hardware, backup systems, AV equipment, PowerShell, and Microsoft OS/software (Windows 10, Office 365, Teams, OneDrive) is an asset
  • Basic understanding of telephony systems and concepts
  • Experience supporting key applications like TaxCycle, CaseWare, and other accounting software is beneficial
  • Experience in asset management and planning is preferred
  • Experience assessing business needs is advantageous
