Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Gathering Data Requirements : Collaborate with the business units to understand their data needs.Identify relevant data sources and collect raw data.Define clear requirements and scope of data analysis projects.
• Data Analysis and Interpretation Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources.Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to drive business decisions.
• Report Development and Visualization : Integrate new data sources.Develop reports, interactive dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools (Power BI).Present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Conduct Detailed Business Analysis : Analyze problems, identify opportunities, and propose solutions across different business units, not limited to Business Intelligence.

Education and / or Work Experience Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a business intelligence analyst
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Experience with developing Power Apps and Power automate tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with various enterprise application such as : Any known ERPs, Oracle, Microsoft DevOPS, UltiPro UKG, Sharepoint and other Microsoft tools.
• Excellent computer proficiency (Microsoft 365 Suite).
• A common understanding of regulatory and governance requirements in aviation.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within standard accepted practices.
• Ability to perform all work in support of our Corporate Values of Excellence, Integrity, Service and Teamwork.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is an asset.

Physical Requirements :

• Must be able to actively and effectively participate on audio and video conference meetings.
• Occasional travel to military bases is required, CAN, Germany, USA, an others as per projects requirements

Security Clearance Requirements :

Position requires Reliability Clearance with the Canadian Government and the ability to gain access to the Canadian Controlled Goods Program.
