Get ready for an exciting opportunity to join our Enterprise Data & Analytics team!

This position focuses on ensuring the timely and accurate execution of recurring tasks, particularly around end-of-month reporting cycles and daily / weekly operational processes. You’ll be responsible for overseeing multiple processes—from data preparation and analysis to report generation and distribution. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help ensure that critical business insights are delivered consistently, and that key reports are produced with precision on a regular basis.

You'll work with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth execution of regular analytics and reporting tasks, while continually optimizing processes. With your expertise in data processing, analysis, and report generation, you'll help improve efficiency and accuracy, making sure all stakeholders have the insights they need when they need them.

What you will do:

  • Support Business with Data validations (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Support Business with guidance and consultancy in all matters relating to Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Reporting.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales and user data.
  • Develop value added suggestions based on ad-hoc analyses & research.
  • Ensure connectivity among various systems and the data quality.
  • Performing quality assurance testing and ensuring our solutions deliver business value to stakeholders.
  • Automate manual processes.
  • Continually look for new ways to help the ED&A department develop and improve processes.

What you will bring:

  • At least 2-3 years experience
  • Bachelor's degree (or relevant experience) in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field
  • You can embrace change easily and use your exceptional people skills to collaborate with team members across the organization.
  • Tackle any challenge that comes your way and come out on top!
  • Tableau and Salesforce Experience is an asset but not required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
