Progression3 is seeking an IT Hardware Asset Management Analyst based in Toronto.

Location: 10 Bay St., Toronto, ON M5J 2R8

Description:

• The Hardware Asset Management team manages hardware assets globally, focusing on optimizing value and costs while mitigating risks associated with these assets.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate, timely reporting; identify and escalate data issues to relevant owners.
• Support the finance team with data for quarterly budgets and business cases.
• Serve as point of contact for defining cost savings, asset compliance, and service improvements.
• Assist in inventory management and procurement.
• Educate employees on hardware policies.
• Recommend IT solutions, identify emerging technologies, and support IT initiatives.
• Administer hardware records and information.
• Build relationships with vendors to ensure quality service.
• Ensure compliance with hardware standards through data analysis.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
• Collaborate with vendor teams to execute contracts and automate processes.
• Familiarize with the platform via Trailhead for certification as an Admin.
