Your New Role

In this role, you’ll report directly to the VP of Asset Management and work closely with a lean, collaborative team of analysts and asset managers. You’ll play a key leadership role in managing financial analysis, overseeing portfolio valuations, and identifying value-enhancing initiatives across the company’s industrial portfolio. Your scope will include lease analysis, ARGUS modelling, capital project review, budgeting, and property-level performance tracking. You’ll also gain hands-on exposure to U.S.-based property operations, with occasional travel south of the border to meet stakeholders and support on-the-ground strategy execution.

What Sets You Apart

You bring 3–5 years of experience in real estate asset management, investment analysis, or appraisals, with a proven ability to synthesize financial data into strategic recommendations. Your fluency in ARGUS and advanced Excel modelling gives you the edge in valuation and forecasting. You thrive in fast-paced environments, take initiative in solving problems, and clearly communicate across cross-functional teams. Ideally, you’ve led teams or mentored junior staff and can lead with expertise and collaboration.
