The role blends ERP-enabled transformation with finance and manufacturing process understanding, requiring leadership in executive communications and strategic roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an engineering or related field.
• 12-15+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, ERP Transformation, Technology Consulting, or Business Transformation.
• Experience supporting global ERP initiatives.
• Experience in Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Operations environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, integrations, data, and reporting.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, or comparable ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create the picture of how business processes, applications, data, and operating models come together to support transformations.
• Collaborate with ERP Product Manager, ERP Delivery Lead, and architects to align decisions with the enterprise vision.
• Develop executive-level material and concise presentations for senior leadership, translating complex tech discussions into business messages.
• Define future-state architecture across business capabilities, processes, operating models, application landscape, and data flows.
• Demonstrate deep ERP-enabled transformation experience and ability to converse with technical and business leaders.

We are currently seeking a qualified IT Architect and a senior architect who can bridge business objectives, operational requirements, and technology decisions into a cohesive enterprise vision.

Responsibilities

• Create a clear picture of how business processes, applications, data, and operating models come together to support Finance and Manufacturing transformation. Connect Technology Decisions to Business Outcomes Translate ERP design decisions into business impacts.
• Work closely with ERP Product Manager, ERP Delivery Lead, Business SMEs Solution Architects, Integration Architects, Change Management teams to ensure transformation decisions are aligned and support the broader enterprise vision.
• Develop Executive-Level Material Prepare clear and concise presentations for senior leadership. Translate complex technical discussions into messages suitable for:
  • CIO
  • Executive Management Committee
  • CEO briefings
  • Steering CommitteesThe ability to simplify complexity and tell a compelling business story is critical.
• Define Future-State Architecture Develop practical views of

• Has deep experience with ERP-enabled business transformation.

• Enjoys turning ambiguity into clarity. Can challenge assumptions while building consensus.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in systems, Software, Electrical, or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 12-15+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, ERP Transformation, Technology Consulting, or Business Transformation.
• Experience supporting global ERP initiatives.
• Experience working in Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Operations environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, integrations, data, and reporting.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, or comparable ERP platforms.

Compensation : $120,000 – $145,000 CAD (annual salary)
