Job summary

Aversan Inc. in Canada seeks an IT Architect to bridge business objectives, operating models, and technology decisions into a cohesive enterprise vision.

The role focuses on ERP-enabled transformation in Finance and Manufacturing, with a hybrid work arrangement in St-Laurent, Quebec. You will partner with ERP Product Manager, ERP Delivery Lead, and Solution Architects to ensure transformational decisions align with the broader enterprise strategy and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in systems, software, electrical, or computer engineering or equivalent.
• 12-15+ years in Enterprise/Solution Architecture, ERP Transformation, or Business Transformation.
• Experience supporting global ERP initiatives.
• Experience in Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Operations environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, integrations, data, and reporting.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, or comparable ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create a clear picture of how business processes, applications, data, and operating models come together to support transformation.
• Work with ERP teams to ensure decisions are aligned with the enterprise vision.
• Develop executive-level material and translate complex topics for senior leadership.
• Define future-state architecture including business capabilities, processes, operating models, and data flows.
• Produce enterprise roadmaps and transformation strategies.

We are currently seeking a qualified IT Architect and a senior architect who can bridge business objectives, operational requirements, and technology decisions into a cohesive enterprise vision.

Responsibilities

• Create a clear picture of how business processes, applications, data, and operating models come together to support Finance and Manufacturing transformation. Connect Technology Decisions to Business Outcomes Translate ERP design decisions into business impacts.
• Work closely with ERP Product Manager, ERP Delivery Lead, Business SMEs Solution Architects, Integration Architects, Change Management teams to ensure transformation decisions are aligned and support the broader enterprise vision.
• Develop Executive-Level Material
  Prepare clear and concise presentations for senior leadership.
  Translate complex technical discussions into messages suitable for:

  The ability to simplify complexity and tell a compelling business story is critical.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in systems, Software, Electrical, or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 12-15+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, ERP Transformation, Technology Consulting, or Business Transformation.
• Experience supporting global ERP initiatives.
• Experience working in Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Operations environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, integrations, data, and reporting.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, or comparable ERP platforms.

Compensation : $120,000 – $145,000 CAD (annual salary)
