Job summary

Aversan Inc. in Canada seeks an IT Architect (Contractor) to bridge business objectives, operations, and technology into a cohesive enterprise vision from St-Laurent, Quebec. You will lead ERP-enabled transformation efforts across Finance and Manufacturing and present at executive levels.

The role requires deep architecture experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate complex ERP decisions into business outcomes for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or systems field.
• 12–15+ years in Enterprise/Solution Architecture or ERP Transformation.
• Experience supporting global ERP initiatives.
• Experience in Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Operations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, integrations, data, and reporting.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, or comparable ERP platforms.
• Global ERP Transformation Experience and Executive storytelling skills.
• Bilingual and proficient in business/technology integration.

Responsibilities

• Create a clear picture of how business processes, applications, data, and operating models come together to support Finance and Manufacturing transformation.
• Work closely with ERP Product Manager, ERP Delivery Lead, Business SMEs, Solution Architects, Integration Architects, Change Management teams.
• Develop Executive-Level Material and prepare presentations for senior leadership.
• Define Future-State Architecture including business capabilities, processes, operating models, application landscape, data flows, and system interactions.
• Has deep experience with ERP-enabled business transformation.
• Communicate with technical architects and business leaders; build enterprise roadmaps and transformation strategies.
• Turn ambiguity into clarity and produce executive-quality recommendations.

We are currently seeking a qualified IT Architect and a senior architect who can bridge business objectives, operational requirements, and technology decisions into a cohesive enterprise vision.

Responsibilities

• Create a clear picture of how business processes, applications, data, and operating models come together to support Finance and Manufacturing transformation. Connect Technology Decisions to Business Outcomes Translate ERP design decisions into business impacts.
• Work closely with ERP Product Manager, ERP Delivery Lead, Business SMEs Solution Architects, Integration Architects, Change Management teams to ensure transformation decisions are aligned and support the broader enterprise vision.
• Develop Executive-Level Material Prepare clear and concise presentations for senior leadership. Translate complex technical discussions into messages suitable for:

  • Executive Management Committee
  • CEO briefings
  • Steering CommitteesThe ability to simplify complexity and tell a compelling business story is critical.

• Enjoys turning ambiguity into clarity. Can challenge assumptions while building consensus.
• Produces executive-quality presentations and recommendations.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in systems, Software, Electrical, or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 12-15+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, ERP Transformation, Technology Consulting, or Business Transformation.
• Experience supporting global ERP initiatives.
• Experience working in Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Operations environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, integrations, data, and reporting.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, or comparable ERP platforms.

Compensation : $120,000 – $145,000 CAD (annual salary)

This ensures compensation is fair and aligned with the specific requirements and attributes of each candidate.
