Job summary

Aversan Inc. in St-Laurent, Quebec is actively seeking a seasoned Business Architect to bridge business objectives, operations, and technology into a cohesive enterprise vision. This hybrid, full-time role targets Finance and Manufacturing transformations and ERP-enabled initiatives.

You will collaborate with ERP Product Manager, Delivery Lead, and senior architects to ensure alignment with the enterprise vision, developing executive-level material and strategic roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, ERP Transformation, Technology Consulting, or Business Transformation.
• Experience supporting global ERP initiatives.
• Experience working in Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Operations environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, integrations, data, and reporting.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, or comparable ERP platforms.
• Global ERP Transformation Experience; Oracle/SAP ERP Expertise; Executive storytelling & board-level presentation skills.
• Bilingualism; Business & technology integration; Executive communication & influence; ERP transformation & enterprise design.

Responsibilities

• Create a clear picture of how business processes, applications, data, and operating models come together to support Finance and Manufacturing transformation.
• Work closely with ERP Product Manager, ERP Delivery Lead, Business SMEs and Solution Architects to ensure transformation decisions are aligned and support the broader enterprise vision.
• Develop executive-level material and prepare clear and concise presentations for senior leadership (CIO, Executive MIT/CEO briefings, Steering Committees).
• Define future-state architecture with business capabilities, processes, operating models, application landscape, data flows, and system interactions.
• Has deep experience with ERP-enabled business transformation and can converse with technical architects and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Create a clear picture of how business processes, applications, data, and operating models come together to support Finance and Manufacturing transformation. Connect Technology Decisions to Business Outcomes Translate ERP design decisions into business impacts.
• Work closely with ERP Product Manager, ERP Delivery Lead, Business SMEs Solution Architects, Integration Architects, Change Management teams to ensure transformation decisions are aligned and support the broader enterprise vision.
• Develop Executive-Level Material Prepare clear and concise presentations for senior leadership. Translate complex technical discussions into messages suitable for:

  The ability to simplify complexity and tell a compelling business story is critical.

Basic Qualifications

Compensation : $120,000 – $145,000 CAD (annual salary) The base salary or rate offered to an applicant within this range is determined by considering several factors, including the individual's geographic location, skills, competencies, and unique qualifications. This ensures compensation is fair and aligned with the specific requirements and attributes of each candidate.
