Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Proven ability to design and implement software solutions on Windows and/or Linux platforms.
• Strong frontend development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of ground control software, simulators, and test tools for space-based robotic systems.
• Design modular, extensible, testable, and efficient software architecture.
• Produce clear, accurate, and well-structured technical documentation.
• Lead and participate in the implementation, integration, and testing of software solutions.
• Conduct code, design, and technical reviews for both senior and junior engineers.
• Mentor and develop junior team members through coaching, technical discussions, and review of work products.
• Lead task estimation and support technical planning activities.
• Collaborate with other senior engineers and management to define, evolve, and enforce coding standards, tools, and development processes.
• Work within an Agile development environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management or technical leadership.

Compensation:
