Job summary

ABB zoekt een ervaren IS Service Owner - Data & Analytics, Power Platform & AI om digitale capaciteiten binnen de ELDS-divisie te leiden en te versterken. U stuurt de roadmap aan en zorgt voor business-waarde en naleving van enterprise-architectuur, cybersecurity en governance.

U werkt nauw samen met business stakeholders, digitale kampioenen en delivery-teams om data-gedreven besluitvorming, slimme automatisering en verantwoorde AI-acceptatie mogelijk te maken.

Qualifications

• 10+ jaar ervaring in Data & Analytics of gerelateerde gebied met aantoonbare waarde.
• Vaardigheid in vertalen van bedrijfsbehoeften naar schaalbare digitale oplossingen.
• Sterke kennis van analytics en moderne data platforms; ervaring met AI/GenAI is een plus.

Responsibilities

• Ontwikkel de ELDS-strategie en roadmap voor Data & Analytics, AI en Power Platform.
• Samenwerken met belanghebbenden, architecten en platformteams om kansen te prioriteren.
• Beheer het portfolio van initiatieven en realiseer meetbare zakelijke waarde.
• Bevorder herbruikbare, veilige dataoplossingen en AI-mogelijkheden.
• Toezicht houden op governance voor Power BI, Power Platform, Snowflake en Azure Data Services.
• Groot netwerk van stakeholders wereldwijd ontwikkelen en strategische beslissingen beïnvloeden.
• Leid de groei van de capability en ontwikkeling van een hoog presterend team.

We are looking for a skilled IS Service Owner - Data & Analytics, Power Platform & AI to lead and evolve our digital capabilities within the ELDS division. In this strategic role, you will drive the roadmap for Data & Analytics, AI, and Microsoft Power Platform solutions, ensuring they deliver business value while aligning with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and governance standards.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, digital champions, enterprise architects, and delivery teams to enable data-driven decision-making, intelligent automation, and responsible AI adoption across the organization.

This role is currently an individual contributor position and is expected to evolve into a people leadership role as the capability grows.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the ELDS strategy and roadmap for Data & Analytics, AI, and Power Platform.
• Partner with business stakeholders, digital champions, architects, and enterprise platform teams to identify and prioritize opportunities.
• Shape and manage the portfolio of initiatives, ensuring delivery of measurable business value.
• Drive adoption of trusted data products, analytics solutions, automation, and AI capabilities.
• Provide oversight and governance for solutions built on platforms such as Power BI, Power Platform, Snowflake, Azure Data Services.
• Promote scalable, secure, and reusable solutions while reducing duplication and shadow IT.
• Build strong relationships across a global stakeholder network and influence strategic decisions.
• Lead the growth of the capability including development of a high-performing team focused on Data & Analytics, Power Platform, and AI solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Data & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence, Digital Transformation, Platform Ownership, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering business value through digital solutions.
• Proven experience translating business needs into scalable, governed, and enterprise-aligned digital solutions.
• Strong understanding of analytics, modern data platforms, AI/GenAI technologies, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with technologies such as Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, Databricks, Power BI, and Power Platform is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and prioritization skills.
• Experience working in a global, matrix organization.
• Demonstrated leadership capability, with the ability and interest to build, develop, and manage a team.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, mentoring colleagues, or guiding digital transformation efforts is considered an advantage.
• Degree in IT, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
