AgeCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to work with the Director of Care to deliver resident care in a geriatric/long‑term care setting, adhering to provincial standards and professional ethics.

You will coordinate nursing services, lead shift reports, document changes in residents’ charts, and ensure physician orders are processed promptly and accurately, supporting high‑quality care.

Qualifications

• Geriatric or long-term care nursing experience required.
• Registration in good standing with the provincial nursing registry.
• Knowledge of relevant Canadian health acts and standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing and services for residents within the neighbourhood.
• Lead shift reports and inform team about status changes.
• Document resident condition changes per policies and standards.
• Process and communicate physician orders promptly.
