Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a Wealth Sales & Service professional in British Columbia to support investment planning and client service objectives. You will work within the team to deliver exceptional experiences and collaborate with partners across the branch.

Responsibilities include building client relationships, expanding growth through telemarketing, and coordinating marketing materials to support conversations with clients and prospects.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of investment process and procedures.
• Licensing for the designated jurisdiction / portfolio.
• Verbal & written communication skills - Good.
• Organization skills - Good.
• Collaboration & team skills - Good.
• Analytical and problem solving skills - Good.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps, issues and best practices through monitoring of sales and service performance targets against plans.
• Build and maintain client relationships through client acquisition from internal referrals and external sources.
• Expand business growth through telemarketing and outbound calls.
• Coordinate marketing activities and sales material to support client conversations.
• Provide knowledge detailed information about products and services offered.
• Determine appropriate communication regarding all aspects of investing.
