Job summary

At BMO, wealth and investment specialists engage with customers to understand needs and offer tailored wealth and investment solutions. You will advise on strategies and products meeting objectives while delivering service in line with approved procedures.

Role includes proactive outreach, staying current on market trends, handling complex cases with escalation to senior managers when needed, and maintaining confidentiality and compliance across all activities.

Qualifications

• Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience in wealth/investment sales or advisory services.
• Post-secondary degree in related field desirable or equivalent experience.
• Completed regulatory courses such as CSC/IFIC/IIROC licensing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide wealth/investment sales and service.
• Advise customers on wealth and investment strategies and products.
• Identify referrals to other business groups as needed.
• Meet sales targets with focus on investment products.
• Ensure accurate processing of customer requests and documentation.
